Len Cantrill

This photo shows Len (with Oliver Freeth) having just finished doing what he loves, flying.

Len is originally from England and trained as a Vet there, but has been here long enough now to be an honorary aussie.

He has worked in numerous small animal clinics before coming to Orange with the Department of  Ag as part of the animal welfare unit in 1997. He has post graduate qualifications as a work place trainer and in animal welfare and has a keen interest in welfare issues.

Len is currently investigating ways of changing some of the practices in the kangaroo harvesting industry to be more humane. 

Len is careful, thoughtful and fastidious.
